Knight Frank has reaffirmed its commitment to the next generation of commercial property talent in Wales with the recruitment of a third graduate in the space of 18 months.
Beth Williams has joined the independent property consultancy after completing her real estate studies at Liverpool John Moores University this summer. She will support the growth of the Cardiff office by working with the industrial agency and lease advisory teams, and plans to complete her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) within the next two years.
The appointment follows the recent additions of Ed Thomas and Lauren Melia as graduate surveyors to Knight Frank’s team in Wales. Both completed their studies at the University of the West of England, with Ed joining the residential development division and Lauren – who also spent two years as a surveyor at Cardiff Council – working within the office agency team.
Kate Maffey, a surveyor who joined Knight Frank as a graduate in 2023, is also moving to a dedicated position within the valuation team from October. Kate qualified as a chartered surveyor in November 2025 and has advised a broad range of clients across South Wales on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of industrial assets, with a focus on multi-let estates.
